Made in Australia, this Veal Stock is 100% natural with no added salt, flavour enhancers or thickeners. It is cooked using a traditional open kettle method and slowly simmered for over 25 hours.
This stock is an ideal base for soups, stews and risottos, as well as a great flavour enhancer for casseroles and sauces.
Store in a cool, dry place. Once open, refrigerate and consume within 5 days. Immediately freeze any leftover product for up to 3 months. Once defrosted, use immediately.
