Red Mullet is classified as a white fish, but it has a much stronger taste compared to many of its counterparts. Its flesh is firm and high in fats. The taste is strong and somewhat shrimp-like. Red Mullet can hold its own in a dish with many bold flavours just make sure you do not overcook it because it will turn very dry.

The fillets are packed per 4 and separated frozen so easily served per piece.
