Made in Australia, this Red Wine Jus is 100% natural with no added salt, flavour enhancers or thickeners. It is cooked using a traditional open kettle method and slowly simmered for over 30 hours.

This jus is an ideal finishing sauce for beef steak, lamb, a variety of roasts and game meats.

You can use this jus as it is or spice it up with fresh herbs.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once open, refrigerate and consume within 5 days. Immediately freeze any leftover product for up to 3 months. Once defrosted, use immediately.
