Grass fed Black Angus Ribeye steak is one of the most popular steaks available because it’s a naturally tender steak which is more marbled compared to other steak cuts. When cooked, the marbling melts into the beef which results in a rich, authentic beef flavour.
Cuts from Black Angus cattle are known to be juicy because they are more marbled then ‘regular’ beef.
Please note this cut is a whole piece and therefore untrimmed.

Fresh meat should ideally be stored at a temperature of 2°C or colder. Because this product is vacuum packed at the production site it can be stored up to 12 weeks (chilled - not frozen!) from production date. Please check the label for the expiration date of your product.
