Thefoodshop.vn standard delivery areas are:
– Ho Chi Minh City: districts: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 9, 10, Binh Thanh, Phu Nhuan, Go Vap and Thu Duc
– Hanoi: Long Bien, Tay Ho, Hai Ba Trung, Hoan Kiem, Hoang Mai, Dong Da, Ha Dong, Thanh Xuan, Cau Giay, Tu Liem
If you live in another district within these 2 cities or any other city in Vietnam and wish to place an order please contact our Customer Service Team. We will always try to arrange a delivery to you!
Within our regular delivery areas, we offer free delivery service for orders over 1 million VND. Orders below 1 million VND will be charged 70.000VND. For orders outside of our standard delivery range, a delivery quote will be presented to the customer upon receiving the request.

Thefoodshop.vn is closed during public holidays.
Same day delivery
If you order before 8am you can receive your order that same day after 12pm.
If you order before 12pm you can receive your order that same day after 3pm.
For orders outside the standard delivery area this may be different.
thefoodshop.vn is committed to deliver your order directly from our warehouse to your doorstep. We ensure maximum safety is taken into account when packing and shipping our fresh products. For delivery we have our own termperature-controlled vehicles available. In certain cases, we will make use of a professional third party delivery service.
We can deliver to you any time within the selected timeslot so please make sure someone is available to receive the products. If for an unexpected reason nobody will be available to receive the goods, please inform us in advance by contacting our Customer Service team.
If our delivery is unsuccessful, we will contact you to arrange a second delivery. Additional fees might be charges depending on location and requested delivery. In case we are unable to contact you at the provided phone number during the first delivery the order will be returned to the warehouse and placed in a chilled environment awaiting the customers contact. We do not take any responsibility for products that might have been perished.
In case of a delay in delivery due to thefoodshop.vn, we will inform you in advance. You can agree to receive the order at a later time or have the right to cancel the order.
The quality of our products is very important to us, and every inquiry is taken very seriously.
For health and safety reasons, our products cannot be returned after having been signed for unless they have quality issues.
If you wish to exchange a product, email us and a customer service representative will be in touch soon. Please make sure to include:

– The name of the product(s) in question
– A photo of the product (if applicable)
– A short explanation of the issue
Products – weights
Since meat and fish are natural products their shapes/sizes can be variable Therefor we hold the right to have a 5% discrepancy on the weight of meat and fish products

If you purchased items with a variable weight you will receive an email from us with a payment link that redirects you to the OnePay interface. You will receive this email within 2 business hours after clicking Request Order.
